- General ledger to source reconciliation, and work along with other team members on financial accounting and controls duties;
- Month-end closing, preparation of journal entries and supporting schedules for posting to ledger;
- Ensure proper reconciliation of inter-companies accounts with Singapore counterparts and to investigate any discrepancies noted;
- Analyze material variance on the financial results in the course of month-end closing process, and provide input to team members for explaining the variance;
- Prepare schedules and reporting package to fulfil group reporting requirements;
- Participation of Finance projects to take initiative on driving changes in workflow and processes
- Prepare HKMA regulatory returns such as assets & liabilities position, RMB business activities and provide inputs for other returns if necessary
- Monitor and prepare daily / weekly LMR
- Ad-hoc project as assigned
- Bachelor degree holder, preferred with major in Accounting, Finance and Business Administrations;
- With 2-3 years work experience, open to candidate from non-banking industry
- Growth mindset to aim at development personally and contribute to the team
- Ability to work under pressures and multi-tasking
