- Lead cross-functional programs on various business domains, whether focused on revenue growth, customer experience, running new experiments etc.
- Drive programs from inception to completion, identifying key business questions and problems, and developing comprehensive project plans.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure they are well-informed of their roles in each project, negotiate timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Hands-on approach to problem-solving, ready to tackle issues directly when necessary.
- Conduct thorough analyses of workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), revamping them to align with business outcomes and goals.
- Perform detailed analysis on business opportunities and challenges, delivering actionable recommendations.
- Actively support strategic initiatives and contribute to the achievement of business goals.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities within the founders' office, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to engage in a variety of challenges.

- Someone who takes a data-driven approach to decision-making and project management.
- 6+ years of experience in related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- Having both technical and business background is a plus.
- MBA or Masters in computer science is a plus.
- Previous experience as a founder is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced tech or high-growth environment is advantageous.
