- Analyze the current economic situation, including macroeconomic and financial trends, to identify opportunities and challenges for the bank.
- Conduct in-depth research on domestic and international economic and financial situations to inform business strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business units, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide strategic recommendations to support business growth and expansion.
- Conduct special research projects and analysis to support business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, business management, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in macroeconomic research or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with a strong emphasis on Mandarin.
