    Position profile:

    This role will primarily be responsible for assisting to administer all aspects of partnership matters for the Firm. The successful candidate will be expected to work with the Partnership Matters Management team to execute and deliver on the full range of partner related initiatives. The role would involve direct interface with the partners and senior stakeholders.

    Key duties and responsibilities:

  • To schedule and project manage the Partner Election Process and Nomination Process
  • Draft timetable/step plan, liaise with various internal teams to update report form / financials templates and financial information, as required
  • Assist Candidate Evaluation Committee
  • Assist in the Partner Review Process
  • Work with Global Services Manila to set up online forms (where necessary) and ensure 100% completion rate
  • Maintain and update Partnership Agreements database and other systems as necessary.
  • Liaise with various Global Teams for matters relating to Partnerships, Firm Management and Meetings
  • Assist in maintaining and updating retirement database
  • Candidate Qualifications / Experience:

  • At least three years of relevant experience in a legal or related professional services environment
  • Demonstrable experience working directly with senior counterparts executing a process or project
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written) and the confidence to communicate well in a multi-cultural, multi-level environment
  • Excellent time management and organizing skills - able to prioritise and manage time to meet deadlines
  • Good project management skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Demonstrable experience working directly with, and influencing, highly intelligent and demanding senior stakeholders
  • Strong follow up skills and the ability to see tasks through to completion
  • Well-developed inter-cultural liaison skills
