Key Job Duties and Accountabilities:

-Contribute to the planning and formulation of the distribution strategic plan and initiatives

oAssist the management team to formulate the distribution strategic plan, drive discussions with Distribution teams, and align initiatives and roadmap with related stakeholders to deliver the strategic growth ambitions

oDrive the annual distribution strategic planning cycle, milestone setting and ongoing monitoring of progress against plans

oDeliver quality management updates and reports to executive level

-Assume full ownership and accountability on the implementation of distribution strategic projects to achieve the strategic targets and business ambition

oCollaborate with internal stakeholders and control functions to ensure alignment of business objectives and deliver effective business outcome with excellence

oDevise and execute the change management plan to ensure clear articulation of the initiatives to the stakeholders

-Act as the divisional representative for company-wide initiatives and projects

oContribute in company-wide initiatives and projects to ensure alignment with distribution strategy and operation efficiency, provide inputs from distribution perspective to facilitate the successful delivery of the projects

Qualifications & Requirements:

-8+ years of experience working in finance/ insurance sector

-Relevant experience in strategic planning and projects management

-Outstanding business acumen and presentation skills

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Strong writing skills in both English and Chinese

-Excellent command spoken English and Chinese

-Excellent project management skill
