    Assistant Engineer, Festival Walk, Hong Kong

    Employment Type: Permanent Location: Hong Kong

    The Role

    This position will be responsible for assisting the day-to-day operation, maintenance and installation of Building Services including Fire Services, BMS, HVAC and other building services installations; and also assisting in managing A&A and tenants' fit-out works.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in operation & maintenance of Fire Services, Building Management Systems, HVAC and other building services installations.
  • Assist in managing A&A and fit-out works.
  • Monitor and coordinate works carried out by contractors.
  • Provide guidance, support and supervision to in-house technicians in customer service and routine maintenance & emergency repair.
  • Assist the Assistant Manager in budget control.
  • Compile up-to-date tenancy and operation & maintenance records/drawings.

    • Job Requirements

  • Degree/Higher Diploma in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or Fire Services Engineering.
  • Holder of Grade A Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker an advantage.
  • 3 years' relevant experience in operation, maintenance or installation of Building Services systems particularly Fire Services, Building Management System and HVAC.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work with people at all levels.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Good PC skills on MS Word and Excel.
