- Perform Accounts Payable duties include ensuring all inquiries, payments & invoices are processed accurately and timely
- Prepare the journals during month end/year end closing
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data by preparing monthly reconciliations
- Responsible for T&E reimbursement process
- Assist other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
- Around 5 year of hands-on accounting experience
- Experience in Oracle will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel and hands on accounting experience
- Self-motivated, independent and able to communicate effectively with all levels
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
