    Our client is an international insurance firm and they are growing their Business-Technology Transformation team. They are looking for a solution architect to facilitate the digital transformation of processes and data analytics to enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with supervisors to create and manage the IT project pipeline, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
    • Work with supervisors to articulate and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision. This ensures that systems or solutions align with their intended purpose and ongoing IT development.
    • Evaluate and onboard appropriate technologies or approaches, considering benefits and total cost of ownership. Examples include event-driven architecture, request-driven architecture, distributed computing, and centralized management.
    • Align IT expenses and budgets with overall IT and business strategies.
    • Plan, direct, and control technology enablement projects and Proof of Concept efforts. These aim to achieve successful implementation within budget, meeting targeted results and desired business benefits.
    • Identify and escalate project risks, reporting project issues to the Supervisor/Head of IT and Functional Business Heads.
    • Handle other assigned projects or tasks.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in delivering enterprise solutions.
    • Need to understand programming and application architecture.
    • Familiarity with insurance business processes, systems, and operations.
