    Responsibilities


    • Prepare documentation for faculty-level programmes
    • Provide administrative support to various activities of the Department of Finance and Insurance and Institute of Insurance and Risk Management (IIRM)
    • Provide secretarial services to committee(s)
    • Administer and co-ordinate projects/events
    • Liaise with internal and external parties
    • Assist in conducting survey
    • Update and maintain the web page
    • Responsible for self-financed programmes
    • Perform any other duties as assigned
    Requirements


    • A Bachelor's degree or above with at least three years' administrative experience, preferably in tertiary education
    • A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
    • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Ability to work closely in a team as well as to work independently
    • A high level of competence in computer literacy and preferably with knowledge of updating and maintaining website
    Candidates with less/more experience will also be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.
