    Consulting – Enterprise Risk – Risk Transformation – Manager – Hong Kong

    Your key responsibilities

  • Work with high-growth clients and other market leaders in industries such as financial institutions, retail, consumer products, media & entertainment, property development and management, education and health sciences
  • Design and implement innovative GRC technology solutions with regards to the following use cases: Compliance: Regulatory and policy management Risk management: Enterprise-wide, Operational, IT and Security, Third Party Business Continuity Management Audit management
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients and commit to client satisfaction.
  • Lead and/or active involve in business development activities to contribute to the growth of GRC technology offerings.
  • Participate in the career and performance development of the team by training new staff and providing timely and specific performance feedback. Foster teamwork and innovative, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery. Leverage ideas from other project engagements to enhance knowledge and create efficiencies

    • To qualify for the role you must have

  • Degree holder in IT related subject
  • 6-8 years consulting experience with a consulting firm, maintaining a focus on business analysis in the area of digital transformation and new technologies. Strong analytical background, attention to detail along with structured organization and planning skills. Engage in discovery and identification of automation processes; proactively seek and suggest improvements, and outline any risks and recommend optimal solutions
  • Knowledge and hands on working experience in one or more of the following areas: GRC solutions, RPAs, Business Process Automation solutions, including ServiceNow, RSA Archer and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Knowledge and hands on working experience in one or more of the following areas: Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Cognitive Automation.
  • Knowledge of Python and VBA will be a strong asset
  • Equipped with sound knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies and typical problems associated with the implementation of technology applications.
  • Project management/Agile/Scrum Master certifications is a plus
  • Understand/exposed to a variety of software development approaches and Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge on risk management ( operational, enterprise, third parties), internal controls, ESG a plus.
