- Work closely with OG specialists and oversee daily clinic operations, including but not limited to infection control, medical equipment, drugs & medical supplies, etc
- Provide regular training & coaching to the team and deliver high-quality customer services and consulting services to patients
- Work closely with laboratory & diagnostic partners
- Identify and acquire potential business partnership
- Assist the senior executive team in performing business review and monitoring business performance to generate business volume
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Occasional travel to China is required
- Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Nursing/ Healthcare, or medical related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of business development & operation experience in private medical sector, with leadership/ supervisory experience is preferred
- Proactive, independent, reliable, self-motivated, customer-oriented & a good team player
- Good planning, organization and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (both in spoken & written)
- Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
