    We are looking for a high caliber candidate to join our expanding team.

    Responsibilities
    • Closely monitor the project task execution and delivery progress and raise flags for any potential risk and delay
    • Provide assistance to the planning and replanning of project timeline and activities managed by different workstreams
    • Monitor and consolidate the updates on the agreed action items, risks and issues recorded from different forums and channels
    • Prepare meeting materials and meeting minutes on a regular basis based on the input from project team members
    • Attend internal and external meetings on behalf of the PMO function
    • Arrange and chair internal and external meetings to facilitate discussion
    • Facilitate the communication across different project workstreams to resolve any dependencies and blockages
    • Handle ad-hoc enquiries and coordinate responses from internal and external stakeholders
    • Handle and channel escalation and change requests from internal and external stakeholders
    • Produce regular status and KPI reporting as per agreed cadence
    • Handle any ad-hoc PMO related matters
    • Direct report to the PMO lead in the project organization
    • Experience in managing or participating in large-scale IT system implementation program or project is highly preferable
    Requirements
    • At least 2+ years of working experience in management consulting and transformation areas (Internal transformation experiences are also welcomed).
    • Passionate in consulting industry with can-do attitude
    • Knowledge and hands on experience in one or more of the following areas: programme or project management, digital or operation transformation, operating model development, strategy and corporate development, business process re-engineering and business analysis
    • Able to work independently and with proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
    • Sound business acumen, excellent presentation and communication skills
    • Exposure to telecommunication, banking and retail industry is preferred
    • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a must
    • Candidate with Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
