    We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Vice President, Innovation and Growth.

    Principal Responsibilities

  • Be a key part within an agile strategy team focusing on digital proposition development and data commercialization for Business Banking
  • Lead and work closely with data analytics team to conduct comprehensive analysis on customer data to support digital and data strategy, insight generation, and coverage team to drive commercialisation for customer experience and revenue outcome
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain regular dialogue with coverage team to stay up-to-date to the latest business strategic priority and co-develop data-led use cases
  • Propel the generation of additional data points as the foundation to support next-step analysis
  • Groom the data culture within Business Banking and scale up the proactive participation from use case brainstorming to execution and enhancement
  • Lead as business owner and drive digital strategy collaborating with various local and global stakeholders on: product requirement, segmentation focus, customer need, proposition design, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, pricing strategy, distribution and support/servicing model and business appetite etc
  • Lead iterative research on digital trends, innovative products, competition landscape and customer
  • Connect digital initiatives across project teams, products, marketing, communications and the frontline to ensure an integrated commercialization approach on execution
  • Develop platforms and tools to empower frontline capability to capture emerging opportunities by new digital and data propositions
  • Identify and lead the formation of external partnership to expand our reach of external data sources and to drive digital and data collaboration
  • Requirements
  • Strong experience in commercial banking, digital delivery, transformation, product development/commercialization etc. Knowledge in commercial banking products and customer profile is required
  • Ability to influence both internal and external business partners to secure buy-in to new innovations
  • Solid project management experience and able to drive projects independently
  • Hands-on experience in development of business case and other project documentations
  • Self-motivated to keep abreast of evolving technology trend and look for opportunity of adoption
  • Analytical capability to evaluate and identify optimal solutions to grow businesses
  • Solid experience of managing diverse stakeholders and ability to navigate across complex organization to drive collaboration for shared success
  • Experience in handling senior stakeholder conversation
  • Creative thinking to generate ideas balancing business impact, cost and time to market
  • Data commercialisation / frontline experience with fair experience on data would be an advantage
