- Form 5 or HKDSE equivalent, or Holder of a Professional Security Diploma/Certificate
- With at least 2 years' work experiences in service, hospitality or leisure industry
- Holder of Security Personnel Permit Category A and B
- Possession of a valid HK Driving License
- Computer literacy in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Able to work independently and to deal with complexity

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the Park's security force as they provide and perform services to assure the safety and protection of the Park, including but not limited to property, assets and people (guests, colleagues, and contractors) against injury or death, molestation, harassment or intimidation and loss or damage from any preventable cause including fire, theft, embezzlement, damage or destruction, trespass, or sabotage. He/she will also assist in the establishment of security policies and procedures and is directly responsible for their enforcement. In addition, he/she will handle any sudden stressful or serious incident if any.
