- Act as a Team Lead to manage the Credit Risk Analytics Team.
- Conducting bank-wide credit portfolio analysis and monitor the asset quality trend.
- Performing regular review and monitoring of credit risk appetite indicators, large exposure and risk concentration limits.
- Managing model risk on credit scorecards, internal credit ratings models, etc.
- Conducting stress testing functions: including supervisory-driven stress test, bank-wide stress test, climate risk stress test, and credit portfolios stress test.
- Participate in bank-wide credit risk projects.
- University graduate, preferably in risk management, statistics, or other quantitative disciplines
- Require years of experience in wholesale credit risk management, team-leading experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiar with the Banking (Exposure) Rules and Regulatory Capital Rules
- Strong in analytical skills, including risk modelling and metrics
- Familiar with analytical tools (eg. SAS/Python/Excel)
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
