    Our HR team oversees and contributes at both hands-on and strategic levels to support leaders and our employees. While HR, at its core, focuses on the mindful management of the company's relationship with our employees, culture management focuses on the heartfelt aspects of the employees' relationships with the company. Our HR team consists of professionals in Business Partners and CoEs (sub functions within HR that use best practices to develop and support critical capabilities that align with the organizational priorities) Talent acquisition, HR operations, C&B, talent analytics, etc.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the internal and external parties to handle day-to-day duties
  • Supporting the HR with employee queries
  • Updating and maintaining employee records on ATS and HRIS efficiently and accurately and ensure compliant with all confidentiality and data privacy regulations
  • Collating and checking all new starter documentation and maintaining all associated platforms
  • Collating and reporting on HR management information including headcount, absence and turnover
  • Assist in multiple HR Administration projects such as ad-hoc staff activities/events, Anniversary Lego, company merch distribution etc.
  • Notetaking and administrative support in Employee Relations matters Archiving in accordance with the GDPR guidelines
  • Coordinating with IT regarding new starter requirements
  • Assisting in onboarding
  • Collecting and processing with documents of employees in the pre-employment stage
  • Job Requirement

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail Highly organised with a positive, can do attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and vibrant environment
  • Recruitment process CIPD Level 3 qualified desirable
  • Proven administration experience in a HR/People Team
  • HRIS experience is an advantage
  • Experience in an internal recruiter role desirable
  • Experience in onboarding/pre-employment works is desirable
  • Strong IT skills to include Microsoft Office suite
