- Develop and implement billing logistics to guarantee timely and accurate invoice issuance.
- Maintain up-to-date billing information within accounting systems.
- Collaborate with business partners and IT to design and rigorously test billing system functionalities that support the introduction of new products and services.
- Propose enhancements to billing systems and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Mentor and guide staff to ensure adherence to Company policies and guidelines.
- A degree or higher diploma in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar role or within the ICT sector.
- Demonstrated ability in people management.
- Strong leadership qualities and adept problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, analytical, and capable of thriving under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- A committed team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
