Ares is seeking an Associate to join the Fund Launch, Onboarding and Wind-Down team in the Hong Kong office.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members with coordinating activities for assigned fund launches and liquidations across internal and external parties
- Create and maintain a project plan/checklist throughout the life of a fund launch or liquidation
- Capture relevant fund and legal entity data
- Understand internal process flows, business needs and deliverables,and ensure adherence to relevant internal procedures
