Job summary
Lead and manage end-to-end store projects coordinating with external vendors contractors landlords and internal teams Support and coordinate tender documents drawings construction contract administration tasks including handling change requests obtaining quotations and managing variations and payment settlement procedures Prepare 2D layout & drawing Assist in working with consultants contractors designers and regulatory agencies to support project objectives Provide on-site support during construction assist with project close-outs Support communication among project team members users consultants contractors sub-contractors vendors and others Prepare update maintain project documentation other relevant materials ensure accurate timely reporting Manage coordinate store equipment ordering logistics support project timelines operational readiness Perform other duties assigned
