    Key responsibilities

  • In this highly visible position, you will be reporting to the Group COO and managing a large team of finance & accounting processionals across multiple markets, both operations and manufacturing facilities
  • Oversee & strengthen financial reporting (including SSC), FP&A, and internal control functions
  • Lead the financial strategy and drive continuous improvement across mainly the finance function but also other operations
  • In addition to day-to-day financial operations management, preparation of timely & accurate monthly management accounts for the Group, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements; you will also take a lead in various projects, such as: Being the champion for automation and process improvement to drive efficiency, and other processes and systems across the various procurement processes including purchase-to-pay, order-to receipt, plant-to-inventory of ERP systems across all entitiesConduct feasibility and financial models to support strategic business planning & decision making
  • Lead and develop a high performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels
  • Role requirements

  • Minimum 12 years' finance leadership experience in the Consumer Goods/ Manufacturing/ FMCG sector , in a regional/ global setting
  • Proven track record in driving and implementing continuous improvement projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth and agile environment, and can be hands-on when necessary
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues, and recommend appropriate & effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to deliver clear & concise documentation
  • A degree and a Qualified Accounting (CA, CPA, ACCA) qualification with up-to-date knowledge on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) ideal
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is a must
