- Process and check daily insurance receipts
- Prepare receipt vouchers
- Handle claims related payments
- Prepare accounts reconciliations and follow up outstanding items
- Assist to provide month end closing vouchers, monthly report and year end closing issues
- Handle ad hoc assignment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- System knowledge in AS is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
- Student member of HKICPA or equivalent is preferable
- At least 3 years' work experience in accounting
- Less experience will be considered as Accounting Assistant
- You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities

About the Role
Responsible for performing general accounting activities to ensure the integrity, accuracy and completeness of accounting records, and the compliance with accepted accounting standards, AIA group reporting policy and statutory and regulatory requirements
