    About The Role

As our new Finance Analyst you'll have the unique chance to contribute directly to the financial well-being of our operations. Your expertise will guide the financial management of our Factory, Supply, and Procurement functions, ensuring we run at peak efficiency.     Your responsibilities

    • Responsible for day-to-day accounting work in a timely and accurate manner
    • Trade Spend and Marketing invoices booking
    • Overhead invoices booking
    • Assist in Month-end reporting
    • Accounts receivable analysis reports
    • Accounts payable analysis reports
    • Trade Spend analysis reports
    • Balance Sheet Reconciliation Schedules
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Responsible for daily accounting functions
    • Prepare bank reconciliation and maintain accounting record
    • Support daily credit review and order release
    • Assist in managing daily collection activities
    • Customer reconciliation
    • Assist in ad hoc projects and assignment

    The experience we're looking for

    • Finance, accounting, or business administration background.
    • Proven proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
    • History of working with a meticulous eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
    • Exceptional time management skills and an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
    • Strong project management experience within a finance context.
