- Manage scheduling for the Head of CPLE
- Whenever required, draft, review and send communications on behalf of CPLE
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the Head of CPLE
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense declarations for the Head of CPLE and CPLE Excos / assist other CPLE staffs when needed
- Maintain various records / sharefolders / drives and documents for CPLE
- Ensure proper filing/sharing of correspondence from regulators
- Regularly review paper files in off-site storage and remove upon storage period
- Identify pro-actively tasks that can be simplified / automated.
- Help monitor CPLE Headcount and budget
- Monitor contractor invoicing and liaise with account payables as needed
- Perform GPS controls as relevant
- Propose ideas to strengthen monitoring/ information sharing around regular governance scheduling / upcoming trainings / transversal processes
- Help organize the content of seminars / townhalls
- Animate CPLE community and help promote a strong corporate culture
- Ensure clean desk policy and send appropriate reminders as needed.

Responsibilities: The main duties of the Executive Administration Officer is to:
1. Assist the Head of Compliance / CPLE Exco members in their administrative tasks

Profile required
The successful candidate should have at least a high school diploma and the following skills:

Previous experience as an executive assistant and/or knowledge of Societe Generale would be a plus.
