- Responsible for mobile cell site design and project implementation
- Handle mobile system related tender evaluation and submission
- Material selection and overall cost evaluation and estimation
- Support design activities such as site survey for cell site system setup
- Work with internal or external Project Manager on design and implementation of projects
- Attend site coordination and regular meeting
- Site supervision and manage subcontractor
- Coordinate on-site testing and commissioning
- Prepare relevant project technical document and work schedule
- Prepare drawings and submissions of the project
- Liaise with internal or external party to better understanding their needs and requirements
- Report the work progress and status regularly such as work variation, change of design, abortive works etc. if any;
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Electrical or Electronic Engineering / Computer Engineering/ Telecommunications or related disciplines or Higher Diploma / Certificate in Engineering field or related disciplines
- 5 years of experience in telecom industry
- Familiar with telecom or ELV project especially in tendering process
- Experience in project planning, management and execution or Mobile equipment on site testing and commissioning
- Self-motivated, analytical and able to work under pressure and independently
- Good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio , Autocad and MicroStation
- Less experience will consider as Project Engineer
