    About the Role

    This role provides governance oversight on all Group Distribution initiatives and supervises the corresponding time spend and benefits achieved. This role will help support the Group Chief Distribution Officer and Group Distribution Channel CEOs in prioritising projects, tracking time spent on each project, and explaining the associated cost against the benefits they achieve.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust governance around impact projects and Group Distribution engagement with business units, as well as prepare and share regular management information and insights to Group Distribution Channel CEOs to support decision making.
  • Ensure impact projects and benefits delivered are effectively communicated to the finance and distribution community as well as senior partners in a timely manner.
  • Consolidate reports on impact projects status, corresponding expense and time sheet analyses.
  • Engage and support Group Distribution Office to communicate and deliver insights across Group Distribution and Group Finance.
  • Drive expense excellence in Group Distribution to ensure accurate reporting of expenses and accruals. Lead and ensure maintenance of strict programme implementation (including plans, tracking, documentation, reporting and budgets).
  • Collaborate with Group Technology and Group Distribution teams to develop and test timesheet automation on Power Apps.
  • Provide insights on overall Distribution strategic plan targets and support needed from Group Office.
  • Drive the annual budget setting process in Group Distribution in collaboration with the channel counterparties and Group Finance.
  • Drive Group Distribution projects directly as the project manager, when required, by collaborating with other subject-matter experts ("SMEs") at Group Distribution and local business units.
  • Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of Project/Program Management or Governance experience.
  • Knowledge of current industry-wide approaches and best methodologies for Project management.
  • Knowledge of financial management/budgets would be a plus
  • Strong partner management and communications capabilities
  • Able to work in fast paced and ambitious environments.
  • Self-starter, creative thinking, proactive and great teammate.
