- Monitor and carry out Security License application and renewal process according to Security and Guarding Services Ordinance requirements
- Provide quality tenant services including but not limited to premises handover, takeover execution, tenancy fitting out and reinstatement coordination, tenant's complaint resolutions, etc.
- Liaise with the teams, for example, Leasing, Building Management, Technical Services, Marketing & Promotions to fulfill operational needs.
- Monitor the progress of new tenancies and advise new tenants to submit necessary information before moving into the unit
- Monitor and ensure tenants operate in accordance with agreement requirements 要求
- Degree in Property Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Property Management
- Experience in handling Security Company License will be an advantage
- Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and mature
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Good knowledge in computer applications
