    We are currently recruiting outstanding candidate with below job responsibilities and qualifications:

    Responsibilities:

  • Delivering professional customer service to maintain strong relationship with customer by supporting daily customer inquiries and service requests via incoming calls and emails;
  • To prepare sales / service-related documents includes quotation, service contract and tender , in high standard of data accuracy;
  • Coordinate and liaise closely with service team, to ensure timely information delivery and case follow-up;
  • Assist in service KPI dashboard monitoring & analysis;
  • Maintain and strengthen SAP equipment installed base, spare part price list set up;
  • SAP system input, service job coordination and verification, customer purchase order and payment follow up;
  • Any other administration task as assigned by supervisor, assist the team for ad-hoc projects
  • Job requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder;
  • Minimum 2 years service admin experience;
  • Working experience in medical equipment / healthcare market will be a strong advantage;
  • Experience in SAP system is preferred;
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills / business acumen / prior experience in Power BI / solid skills in advanced Excel functions is an advantage;
  • Strong communication skills, customer focused, responsible, able to prioritize, good team player and willing to take up challenges;
  • Able to communicate in Chinese and English;
  • Candidate with more experience can be considered as "Senior Officer"
