- 1.Providing legal advice and support in a wide range of international (ex-China) corporate matters including.2.supporting and managing the company's general compliance with local laws (and any other applicable laws).3.advising on employment, regulatory and other corporate governance matters, with opportunities to branch out to cover other areas within the legal center, if interested (including debt financing and payments).4.providing legal insight to help the company identify and evaluate risks associated with new or complex business activities.5.managing the company's compliance by coordinating with relevant internal departments and business units and liaising with external counsel. 岗位要求
- 1.At least 5 years PQE (qualified in Hong Kong, Singapore, US, UK or other comparable common law jurisdiction).2.Legal and regulatory compliance experience in-house or in law firms.3.Prior regional experience working on related matters in the technology field will be a plus.4.Keen interest and good understanding of developments in the internet technology space and how it impacts the business is an asset.5.Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.6.Proactive approach and able to handle matters independently.7.Sound interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate within a team.8.Fluency in spoken and written English and proficient command of Chinese, in order to communicate with various stakeholders in headquarters.
