Job summary
The Platform Growth and Operations team is ultimately helping to drive more holistic solutions in order to maximize the efficiency and balance of the marketplace.We are looking for an Operations Support Associate who will support our business by ensuring good user experience through optimizing commercial settings and online platform tactics, while also contributing to the product development process and maintaining an on-going dialogue with our city operations teams.
- Implement optimization initiatives (e.g. online platform incentives, market subsidies, etc.) for various markets with the objective of marketplace transaction growth and desired service level
- Configure business settings, making sure business settings are set as desired level and developing systems for documentation
- Contribute to the continuous refinement of market performance monitoring and management framework and process to ensure a structured approach in driving market growth through timely operational support on the platform
- Collaborate with city teams and other functional departments to ensure business and team objectives are met
- Develop implement business processes t maximize efficiency across-team collaboration.
