- Formulating infrastructure architectural principles that align with WKCDA's overall Enterprise Architectural principle
- Owning the Infrastructure landscape 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' 3-year roadmap to support WKCDA's Enterprise Architectural roadmap
- Leading ongoing research and collaboration with Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) to apply infrastructural design practices from relevant reference use cases
- Building enterprise infrastructure, Cloud, and Containerized architecture to align with the Authority's technology roadmaps
- Establishing and enforcing strategic enterprise architecture standards and policies governing the use of digital platforms in the Authority
- Defining end-to-end cloud and virtualization infrastructure strategy and processes
- Maintaining and reviewing IT technical standard components in alignment with technology roadmaps
- Identifying, evaluating, and managing risks related to infrastructure and Cloud architecture
- Providing expert advice on technical best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies in related domains
- Researching, identifying, and evaluating new technologies or products that add value to IT development
- Providing advisories for technology innovations addressing business challenges
- Possess a recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- At least 10 years of IT experience post-qualification with a minimum of 5 years in infrastructure or Cloud Architect roles
- Strong experience in managing IT infrastructure including network, storage, server, OS, virtualization technology, databases, and middle-tier software
- Strong experience in designing and managing infrastructure/Cloud platforms including K8S, Docker, and distributed databases
- Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure architectures, particularly in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS enterprise cloud computing, and containerized architectures
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, market best practices, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking abilities to provide visions for future technology development
- Holder of related professional certificates is an added advantage
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
