- Develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives to achieve company objectives
- Conduct sales performance reviews and sales forecasts to track implementation, customer and business metrics
- Identify new business opportunities and gain new or expanded business
- Build and maintain excellent relationship with potential and existing customers
- Provide updated product training and create innovative promotional materials for the sales team
- Liaise and collaborate with various internal and external parties, marketing team, medical teams and local networks to execute sales plan / marketing activities with overall business objectives
- Drive market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape
- Bachelor degree in Science or Business with at least 2-3 years working experience in pharmaceutical or medical marketing; with solid supervisory role is a plus
- Strong network in psychiatry, endocrine or ophthalmology is an advantage
- Solid marketing experience and knowledge on professional products (at least 6 years of marketing experience)
- Solid experience in handling marketing collaterals, events and detailing aids / brochures / patient leaflets / CME events
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
