    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced business development professional to lead commercial strategies in the Macau region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, economics, or business administration, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and execute commercial strategies in the Macau region to achieve company business objectives.
    • Opportunity Identification: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the client base.
    • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless business execution.
    • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations to maximize corporate benefits and align with strategic goals.
    • Performance Reporting: Deliver regular progress reports to senior management, offering data-driven strategic suggestions.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • 5+ years of business development or sales experience in the financial industry; experience in the Macau market is highly preferred.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and partners at all levels.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with autonomy to handle complex scenarios.
    • Fluency in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.
    • High professional ethics and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
