- Support in identifying priorities for SAA reviews, taking into account risk profiles, Present Expected Return (PRE), risk-reward trade-offs, and conducting financial impact assessments and SAA review analyses
- Develop end-to-end asset solutions, which involve identifying new asset classes/hedging programs, evaluating their suitability, modeling respective assets, analyzing financial implications, and addressing implementation considerations to enhance risk-adjusted returns for policyholders and shareholders
- Assist in exploring potential enhancements for balance sheet management, conducting financial evaluations, and engaging with stakeholders
- Conduct regular ALM position monitoring, including producing annual health check/status reports, creating data request forms for simulation generation, and performing other routine tasks
- Support in maintaining ALM-related documentation, preparing materials for ALCO meetings, facilitating efficient communication channels, and updating relevant committees on SAA review and balance sheet management progress
- Provide thought leadership by overseeing and developing intellectual capital and nurturing talent
- Collaborate in optimizing production and control processes, ensuring alignment with corporate governance standards for all initiatives and changes
