- Oversee full project life cycle, provide technical support for the store applications used in the group.
- Monitor the performance of store applications, proactively identify bottlenecks, and work with relevant teams to optimize system performance.
- Assist IT Manager to manage store IT projects (POS systems, inventory management systems, and related retail applications), ensure smooth project delivery, completed timely and within budget.
- Work close with other departments / vendors / internal IT team, monitor the project closely.
- Provide documentation and knowledge sharing to enhance overall support capabilities.
- Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system maintenance to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and prioritize incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on store operations.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Good technical knowledge of Store IT Applications Systems (ERP, POS, CRM, inventory management systems, and related retail applications.) in a large project scale.
- Hands-on experience in store applications in retail industry.
- Experience in system maintenance activities, such as application upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
