PRINCIPLE DUTIES
Supporting in the day-to-day maintenance and configuration of applications with related customisations and integrations with associated business system.
Responsibility for dealing with escalated 2nd and 3rd line support calls from IT Service Desk.
- Assist with the analysis and implementation of all technical changes or enhancements, working closely with both Finance and Business Systems lead.
- Ad-hoc reporting , for both Finance team and Business, using SQL queries to interrogate data.
- Document processes, procedures and policies as specified.
- Project work and development initiatives in testing, upgrades, implementations and
customisations.
- Documentation and scripts writing of test scenarios for User Acceptance testing of patches,
releases and updates to Aderant Expert and Intapp.
- Responsible for providing support and training of users of Finance, within both Finance
and the business.
- Assisting with the translation of Finance and business user requirements into projec initiation documents and technical solutions.
- Working effectively as a Business Partner to improve Finance and Compliance Processes.
Assists with the delivery of IT projects.
- Create and manage SSRS reports for various business applications.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• At least 5-years of experience of working in the Legal industry with an understanding of
finance processes and practices.
• Previous experience with Aderant Expert is desirable.
• Experience with Intapp application and Integration builder is beneficial
• Good Knowledge of Transact-SQL, stored procedures and SQL Server Reporting Services
• Knowledge of Power BI and ViewPoint is beneficial.
