    Responsibilities


    • Support the Office of Institutional Advancement and Public Affairs in overseeing various administrative tasks, including reports preparation, statistics, coordination of visits and events, communications with internal departments and external stakeholders, and any administrative duties related to the department
    • Provide executive support to the office's Director by drafting meeting papers and preparation materials, conducting research, taking minutes, as well as managing correspondence
    • Assist with the office budget control and handle payments and financial statements
    • Maintain organised filing systems, databases, and manage external enquiries
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
    Requirements


    • A recognised degree, associate degree or equivalent qualifications in administration, management, or related disciplines
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
    • Excellent organisational skills and experience in providing administration and executive support to senior management.
    • Work experience in higher education institutions is an advantage
    • Presentable with good interpersonal skills and a good team player
    • Proficient in verbal and written English and Chinese
    • Proficient in computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
    • Competence in the use of graphic design software and video editing skills will be a definite advantage
