- Financial Reporting: Prepare and evaluate financial reports, including expense provision and accrual, to support month-end and year-end closing.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for expense savings and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Ad Hoc Support: Provide assistance on ad-hoc requests from management, including expense analytics and presentation materials.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Personal Qualities: Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, and self-motivated with minimal supervision.
