Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support to project team;

Coordinate and liaise with contractors and developers;

Collaborate with team members to review and analyze project designs, identifying areas for improvement and optimization;

Control and monitoring of project follow up, maintenance work execution, progress reporting and logistics coordination;

Maintain record drawings and executive internal procedures;

Closely monitor and ensure the projects to be completed on time;

Cost control and estimation;

Assist ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree holder in architectural studies or related disciplines;

Minimum 3 years' relevant experience; experience in retail industry is preferred;

Attentive to details, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and good communication skill;

Well-organized and able to work under tight schedule and pressure;

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;

Excellent command of MS Office applications especially PowerPoint & Excel, AutoCAD knowledge is preferred;

Immediate available is preferred.
