Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent broker service, which strive for first contact resolution and respond within the set timelines.
• Manage the centralized team inbox and escalate to management if needed
• Monitor turnaround times to ensure all workloads are settled within the set timelines
• Respond to brokers' enquiries timely and perform necessary action as required
• Build relationships with internal departments to ensure all resources are utilized to the benefits of the brokers
• Identify potential process improvements and make recommendations to the Team Leader
• Actively support other team members to enable the achievement of team goals

Job Requirements

• University education, with a minimum of 12 months' experience in medical administration or customer service focused organization
• Experience of working in a Contact Centre environment
• B2B experience preferred but not necessary
• Self-motivated; able to meet/exceed targets and manage multiple priorities
• Must possess excellent attention to details, with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage workflow to meet individual and team requirements
• Ability to quickly identify customer needs and exercise judgment in a professional and confident manner
• Excellent interpersonal skills required in order to develop key relationships at a sufficiently intimate level
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• IIQE Paper 1,2 required
