- Provide excellent broker service, which strive for first contact resolution and respond within the set timelines.
- Manage the centralized team inbox and escalate to management if needed
- Monitor turnaround times to ensure all workloads are settled within the set timelines
- Respond to brokers' enquiries timely and perform necessary action as required
- Build relationships with internal departments to ensure all resources are utilized to the benefits of the brokers
- Identify potential process improvements and make recommendations to the Team Leader
- Actively support other team members to enable the achievement of team goals
- University education, with a minimum of 12 months' experience in medical administration or customer service focused organization
- Experience of working in a Contact Centre environment
- B2B experience preferred but not necessary
- Self-motivated; able to meet/exceed targets and manage multiple priorities
- Must possess excellent attention to details, with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage workflow to meet individual and team requirements
- Ability to quickly identify customer needs and exercise judgment in a professional and confident manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills required in order to develop key relationships at a sufficiently intimate level
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- IIQE Paper 1,2 required
