    About the Company
    Our Client operates as a global supplier of industrial and electronic components, catering to clients in automation, manufacturing, and maintenance sectors.

    Responsibilities

    • Seeking a results-driven, self-motivated Field Sales Executive situated in Hong Kong to act as the primary point of contact for clients in the designated area, fostering strong connections to enhance sales outcomes.
    • Utilize a distinctive value proposition to set apart from rivals and address client demands with personalized, cost-efficient resolutions;
    • Engage collaboratively with internal departments to devise client tactics and accomplish sales goals;
    • Cultivate connections to comprehend customer settings and forecast their requirements;
    • Regularly visit and coordinate events like on-site showcases and internal workshops to widen contact networks and boost cross-selling chances;
    • Update and maintain thorough client records via ERP systems, leveraging database insights for efficient sales channel governance;
    • Cooperate with internal sales and tech teams to offer seamless assistance, from quoting orders to order completion;
    • Collaborate with customer service to enrich customer experiences and enhance satisfaction standards;
    • Team up with finance crews to secure effective account receivable collections.

    Requirements

    • Preferably possess tertiary education in engineering or business management;
    • Prior experience in sales or account management, especially in industrial engineering or electronic sectors;
    • Business savvy and a grasp of industry trends and the e-commerce landscape;
    • Driven professional with a focus on achieving and surpassing performance benchmarks;
    • Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities, with the power to influence decisions;
    • Analytical aptitude and comprehension of procurement and profitability;
    • Adept at collaborative work within a dispersed team;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and well-versed in ERP platforms;
    • Able to perform effectively under tight deadlines.

    Employment Details

    • This position is located in Hong Kong;
    • Remote work setting with a 60% travel obligation to regional client sites.
