- Reviewing contract and legal documents including coordinating and organizing comments, drafting, reviewing, translation, formatting, proofreading etc.
- Provide legal support to the business lines.
- Standardizing document format, terms which form the house template.
- Offer contract law opinion to the team and communication with stakeholders across the company
- Engage in remediation of identified issues through follow up tasks.
- Maintenance and review of policies and procedures, to ensure they are up to date with all legislation and regulatory requirements.
