- Work closely with Brand, Sales, and Digital teams to plan and execute campaigns;
- Lead a small team to partner with different Vita Green brands;
- Personalize customer communications and offer compelling messages and content;
- Develop A/B and multivariate tests to fine-tune campaign flows, channels, segments, and messages;
- Analyze and optimize brand and campaign performance;
- Maintain a joint campaign calendar across multiple brands;
- Explore opportunities for joint promotions with potential partners;
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or similar field with at least 5 years of working experience in the CRM field;
- Proven record in implementing CRM programs, campaign management, and customer lifecycle management;
- Experience working with external agencies and vendors;
- Familiarity with CRM/Marketing Automation/BI & visualization tools (e.g. Oracle ORCE, Eloqua, Tableau);
- Customer-centric mindset;
- Strong data analytics skills and ability to interpret ad performance data;
- Proactive, detail-minded, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Self-driven with a can-do attitude and ability to deliver quality output;
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience);
