CBRE offers unique insights and tailor-made solutions to serve the needs of real estate tenants and landlords, helping the clients to navigate the dynamic Hong Kong real estate market.
We are looking for our Design Team of Project Management, assisting the team to deliver exceptional design solutions for our clients on design & build projects across Hong Kong and Asia Pacific. You will get the opportunities to work on some exciting projects, and gain hands-on experience and knowledge in delivering commercial drawings.
For Winter Intern you are expected to work full-time for a minimum duration of 2 months during winter break.
For Part-time Intern you are expected to work at least 2 full-time per week.

• Assist the team on ideation and concept preparation.
• Assist the project production from concept to site delivery, including drawings, visualization, physical material board preparation and site record.
• Other duties as assigned by the team.

You are someone with:

• University students with major in environment and interior Design, Architecture or Art.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino, Adobe CC suite and/or other drawing tools.
• Basic knowledge of the industry and a desire to learn more;
• Ability to work independently and with minimal guidance;
• Good team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good comment of Chinese and English.
