    Job Description

    :

    We are looking for a passionate student who embrace all rewards and challenges throughout the digitalization transformation process to join us on a 6-month full time paid internship from July to Dec 2024.

    During the placement, the intern be coached & supported by our experienced colleagues and leaders in gaining their hands-on experiences on various tasks and have a deep dive exposure to the operations of a global leading insurance firm.

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to understand business challenges, identify user needs to deliver the product vision
  • Assist in conducting analysis and drive workshops to define forward looking business requirements and assist in defining product roadmap
  • Partner with the digital delivery team to work with business and technology stakeholders to identify problems, elicit key business needs and create a prioritized backlog of requirements based on business value.
  • Verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
  • Assist in performing market analysis and benchmarking on key business areas to understand gap compared to competition on business focus areas
  • Assist in perform user acceptance test and post implementation system checking
  • Assist in user on-boarding to product with documentation and user training
  • Support digital delivery team to implement required system enhancement to cope with ongoing business needs

    • Requirements:

  • Year 2 – 4 students who wish to pursue a career in Information Technology
  • Hardworking, possess a positive mindset and always ready to learn or try new things in digitization is hugely preferred
  • Able to multi-task, manage priorities and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines under pressure
  • Ability to develop practical solutions, and adapt to new changes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Passionate and has zest in his/her work
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (Cantonese preferable)
  • Able to commit for an full time internship from July - Dec 2024
