    Responsibilities

  • Discover customers' retirement needs during client appointment and capture MPF sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with difference business partners to seek MPF business opportunities
  • Meeting the required level of activities and sales targets
  • To provide quality pre and post sales service, participate in client meeting and explore any other MPF sales opportunities.
  • Complete business fulfilment process as appropriate and maintain a smooth & efficient daily operations
  • Establish good rapport and maintain relationship with customers, handling enquiries, resolving customer problems or complaints and follow up with customer's applications
  • Supporting the team manager in developing and implementing the business plan and relevant business initiatives for MPF & ORSO.
  • Preferred skills

  • Solid experience in the MPF industry being in front-line/customer service
  • Thorough understanding the product knowledge of MPF and ORSO
  • Team player with a self-motivated mind-set and genuine interest in MP industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Qualifications

  • University degree holder or equivalent with sound experience
  • Qualified with Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination including MPF license qualification (paper1, 3 & 4)
