- Carry out general activities to support the execution of sales tender, processes, tasks, projects of Health System department.
- Respond to external/internal requests for information timely including Hospital Authority, Hospital and Government related parties.
- Provide general support to the sales department, performing wide range of sales activities and tasks with various degree of complexity.

- Provide administration support on regular Health System marketing communication events.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned including administrative support to Site General Manager, travel arrangement and schedules appointments etc.
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 2 years of sales support & sales tender working experience, preferably from MNC and medical healthcare industry.
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese and English word processing
- Responsible, committed, willing to learn, and a good team player.
- Multi-tasking, self-motivated with good time management skills
