    Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive customers' phone calls, faxes, e-mails and handle accordingly
  • Liaise directly with customers on service requests & general inquiries for collection, delivery, provision of material, etc., and ensure customers are provided with courteous, friendly, and efficient service
  • Handle order processing
  • Support Sales Team & ensure proper communication with Operations and notify Management of any difficulties
  • Visit existing / potential customers, on an "as needed basis"
  • Handle correspondence & documentation, department filing and record storage administration management
  • Produce standard reports for customers
  • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
  • Handle departmental operations and procedures in accordance with ISO manual.
  • Security, Health & Safety:

  • Comply with all security, occupational health and safety policies, procedures and written instructions appropriate to the workplace.
  • Complete required security, health and safety training.
  • Cooperate with management and the Company in meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Take reasonable care for your personal health and safety, and that of other persons including customers and the public who may be affected by your actions at work.
  • Report incidents or near misses, attend any required health and safety meetings, report problems and recommend improvements, and other related activities
  • Requirements:

  • Secondary education or above, preferably 1-year working experience in the service industry or customer service field
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good computer knowledge, telephone manner and communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, pleasant and cheerful
  • Good sense of time management
