    Job Title: Assistant Manager, Intermodal Connectivity

    The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance intermodal passenger transport services at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA). This position oversees the operation and planning of HKIA's cross-boundary ferry and bonded bus services, with a focus on increasing passenger throughput and awareness within the Greater Bay Area.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team in collaboration with licensees and stakeholders to operate and plan HKIA's intermodal passenger services, including cross-boundary ferry and bonded bus operations;
    • Oversee the strategic development of cross-boundary intermodal passenger transport services to increase passenger throughput and awareness of the services in the Greater Bay Area;
    • Work together with internal and external stakeholders to study, plan, and implement new development projects, products, and enhancement works for intermodal passenger services;
    • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and aviation security requirements for HKIA's intermodal passenger services;
    • Collaborate with internal and external parties to prepare for the operation readiness upon commissioning of new facilities and services for intermodal passengers.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics Management, Aviation Management, Facility Management, or related disciplines;
    • A minimum of 6 years' solid working experience in cross-boundary transport services/aviation/airport management;
    • Familiarity with cross-boundary transport services/aviation/airport management, or experience in liaison with Government departments, with 3 years of solid working experience in supervisory roles being an asset;
    • Strong analytical, organizing, communication, and interpersonal skills;
    • Strong problem-solving, supervisory, and negotiation skills, with ability to work under pressure;
    • Competency in commonly used software such as PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel;
    • Willingness to travel to the Mainland and Macao.
