- Be familiar with the Room Service menu and beverage list, the daily availability of items and seasonal specialties including prices

- Minimum two years of related experience in Hotel or F&B industry

- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office), good knowledge of ResPAK

- Familiar with customer service expectations in five-star hotel operations

- Ability to take telephone orders of food and beverages items in a courteous and friendly manner
