- Support the implementing and monitoring of business plans to optimize the betting turnover from Racing, Football Betting and Mark Six in achieving target KPIs and corporate objective
- Supervise a large pool of part-time staff to meet target service levels and performance standards
- Resolve customer enquiries and feedbacks in relation to Telebet Services
- Implement procedures and controls to ensure compliance and quality of work
- Supervise the daily operations of assigned Center to ensure smooth running, observe and report any floor exceptions and/or irregularities to related team for prompt escalation and follow-up
- Implement cascaded business plans to drive performances and achieve Team/ Individual KPI
- Undertake other duties as assigned by Line Manager.
- Tertiary education, preferably a degree in Business or Marketing related disciplines
- A minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in sizeable Contact Centre and Customer Service environment
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua would be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office Application
- Customer-oriented and show commitment to provide quality service
- Strong business acumen and able to resolve problems
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, innovative and enthusiastic for new challenges and changes
- Work on shifts until late night including weekends and public holidays, and work at different sites as assigned
